Alpha Force is a 2^nd year team with a group of 4^th to 6^th graders.  Only one Livingston 4^th grader is an original team member, all other members and even the coaches are FLL rookies.  The team consists of two students from Livingston, two from Kearny, and one from Rutherford.

For the Smart Move project, Alpha Force research on ways to keep kids safe while crossing streets and busy roads near schools.  They love to build and program their robots together.  The team was thrilled to have won the 1^st place in Robot Design and ranked 8th place in robot performance at Hillsborough Qualifier out of 23 teams.
